every student athlete needs a "playbook"

Balancing sports, academics and life in general is challenging for any young athlete (and their parents).  The requirements to perform at a high level across each of these pillars only becomes more challenging as the student athlete ages and the stakes and expectations become greater.  

There's a tremendous tool called "The Playbook:  A Student-Athete's Guide to Success", by former D1 athlete turned author/entrepreneur, Rober Grilli.  The book features first-hand experiences over Robert's 20 years of experience as a student athlete.  

A playbook prepares you to succeed on the field. This playbook attempts to serve a similar function both on and off the field and offer tips and tools that draw on experiences of a former student-athlete’s personal growth over two decades.  Robert's journey and the tools he utilized to succeed academically, athletically and socially will empower current and prospective student-athletes alike.
