11 year old commits to university of Florida softball

Alexia Carrasquillo, 11 years old, of the Georgia Impact verbally committed to the University of Florida softball program last week. This represented a historic event in the world of fastpitch as she becomes the youngest player ever to commit to a collegiate program, and one of the most prestigious programs to boot! We congratulate her and recommend you keep an eye out for her. She is incredibly gifted and an incredible talent to watch.
